An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we issue an order confirmation. Prices and the order total are shown in EUR or USD before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may reject or cancel an order affected by fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or a destination we cannot serve; if payment was collected, it will be refunded.
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are presented before the purchase is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Physical-book returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Separate Gift Card Terms apply to gift cards.
We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, availability, images, and prices accurate. Minor color and finish differences may occur between screens and printed products. Imperfect Editions have cosmetic flaws described at the time of purchase while remaining readable.
We process customer information to take payment, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and provide support as described in our Privacy Policy.
