Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if something doesn’t meet your expectations or if there’s an issue with your order.

When Things Don't Go As Planned

We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, don't worry. Please contact our customer service team at orders@coworkiesbook.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage, if possible. Each situation is unique and we promise to review your case carefully. We'll get back to you within 3-5 business days with a resolution that may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Details

Please note that we will refund the full price of the book. However, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. This means that the cost incurred by you to receive the item will not be included in your refund.
